Robin Bullis

Robin is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, and valued member of our team at East Bay Hearing Services for over 10 years. "I was born with hearing difficulty. I had paper thin eardrums, and because of my physical size, my Eustachian tubes were crimped. They weren't able to drain correctly. I was born with chronic allergies; consequently, I had hundreds of ear infections in my life. Mostly in my elementary  school years. This would cause me to lose my hearing completely. I have had 38 ear operations from the age of 3 to 36. These operations included buttons, tubes, and T-tubes; additionally, they patched my tympanic membranes when I was 17 and again when I was 24. In 1998 my Mom and I went to a hearing aid center. My parents bought me my first hearing aids, Starkey ITC's. They were the first generation connected to the computer. I was so impressed with the help I received. Better hearing and no surgery. I was hired by the hearing aid center, first for the outreach program, Then running the business. I then trained and became a licensed hearing aid Specialist."
